How To Sprout Seeds In A Jar

Drain off the water using a clean tea towel or a square of muslin if you have it. Gently tap the tea towel to dislodge any seeds that have stuck to it. Keep your jar somewhere dark to start off germination. Keep jar/s covered with a tea towel or muslin.
