Link4Growth Cambridgeshire Expo

The first ever Link4Growth business expo was opened by the Mayor and Mayoress of Peterborough on 22 April

The one day event, which was held in the Empress Suite of the Peterborough Marriott Hotel and was free to attend, gave guests the opportunity to network, chat and meet members of the public and the local business community.

A number of local companies across all sectors were invited to exhibit their products and services including graphic designers Grafixbiz, independent wedding decorations and accessories provider, Ribbons & Tulle and online recruitment website, Just Jobs Peterborough.

The pioneering event for Link4Growth was a huge success and as such will be followed up by a series of national events.

Link4Growth founder and event organiser Nikki Pepper said,

We were really excited to welcome the Mayor and Mayoress to open this new event and spend time mingling with exhibitors. We hope this is the start of a regular initiative bringing local communities together with innovative businesses for the good of our region

Link4Growth operates as a community group, rather than just a business networking group, and is open to members of the public as well as the local business community. It prides itself on providing a very relaxed and supportive environment to its members.

Smaller Link4Growth events take place on a regular basis, with fortnightly coffee mornings and drinks evening held in Peterborough.
