Creativity unleashed

On Monday 13 May Peterborough’s business community is invited to attend “Creativity Unleashed: Hands On Workshop”

The event is focused on getting people to think creatively to overcome everyday problems they face creativity-unleashed-2in their business and personal life.

During the event guests will enjoy a talk by Dr David Hall, a professor at Bedford University, and will also be encouraged to take part in group activities where guests will help each other to think creatively and solve problems.

The event has been organised by David Grundy of Tuit Achievements, who was determined to bring the event to the area after attending one of Dr Hall’s previous events and being impressed with the message.

David said:

Dr Hall was talking about the best ways of looking at new problems and had a lot of very simple but effective ideas about getting people thinking creatively. What’s really good is you don’t need to go and read War and Peace or have a university degree to be able to use the principles! I’m a great believer that the answer is often within people from the beginning. And using group activities to help each other come up with ideas , which works really well. It’s not about putting up huge investments, or going away for a tree-hugging weekend. It’s about 3 and a half hours and it’s proved extremely successful.

David himself has a background as a coach and mentor, as well as a career as a Chartered Accountant.

The event will be held at the Eventus Business and Innovation Centre in Market Deeping and will run from 13.30-17.00.

Tickets cost £25 and can be booked via EventBrite’s website: www.eventbrite.co.uk
