Award Bonanza for Linden Homes
Linden Homes is celebrating picking up a haul of trophies from the What House? Awards 2012, including the title “Best Large Housebuilder of the Year”. The company also claimed a silver medal for “Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year” and also “Best Brownfield” for its popular Evolve development
The company also took the top spot in the Peterborough Development and Environment Award’s Design Category of “Best Residential – Multiple Dwellings” for its new homes scheme on the outskirts of the city.
Judges praised the company, which has its head office in Orton Southgate, for its Drover’s Mead development in the village of Castor.
