Filled with emotions, Glyndebourne returns to cinemas with three productions from its 2019 Festival – painted in bold musical colours, magic is sprinkled through a season that also gathers together some classic operatic fairy tales.
Cinderella (Cendrillon) (Live), a brand new production which takes the classic Cinderella story and put through the lens of composer Massenet’s sensuous and lavish score. Glyndebourne favourite and international star Danielle de Niese plays the titular role in this glittering and colourful opera.
