Peterborough Crime & Punishment Walk
At Peterborough Museum
Third Thursday of each month, starting at 7.30pm
A guided tour around the streets of Peterborough by a victorian policeman. You will find out where the city’s gaols were and about the terrible conditions inside, you will see where public hangings and floggings took place and you will learn about some of the city’s most notorious criminals.
The walk starts from outside Peterborough Museum. Tickets can be bought in advance from the Destination Centre or on the night from the tour guide.
