Unplug and Relax Retreat Day

Wellness, Health and Happiness Workshop We will spend the first part of the morning recognising and exploring your stressors before gently shifting them; I will share with you exercises you can practice to strengthen your emotional landscape and help you generally feel more peaceful and positive. I will demonstrate stress busting techniques that you will be able to take away with you and use in your daily life. 12:30 – 13:15: Light Buffet Lunch We will share a light lunch on the terrace (weather permitting) during which, I will happily answer any questions not covered during the workshop. 13:30 – 17:30: Relax in the Spa You will have access to the spas relaxation room where you can help yourself to a selection of herbal teas, as well as use of the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, with a toolkit of new techniques and exercises to guide you through the minefield of stressors we face in today’s busy lives.
