Poppies for Remembrance

Creative artist, Caroline Kisby of Pink House Arts worked with volunteers from across the Warmington Benefice to create a display of remembrance to the men named on the Rolls of Honour in the five benefice churches. 1,720 hand knitted poppies and leaves together with personalised name labels have been created. Come along and see this personalised tribute to local men who fought in The Great War. A display will also be at Warmington Church the same weekend 3rd November 12 pm to 5 pm and Sunday 4th November 10.00 am to 3.00 pm Both exhibitions are free to attend.
