A Poetry Slam in Peterborough? That’s a Good Shout, Mate! Good Shout is a competitive poetry night, focused on making space for new voices to share a space together. We especially celebrate those who are new to stepping up to the mic, or new to poetry in general. Our headline act for November is the sensational Toby Campion About Toby Campion Toby is a UK National Poetry Slam Champion and a World Poetry Slam finalist. He is the director of UniSlam, founder of the National Youth Poetry Showcase and champion for inspiring young people to find their voices through poetry. There will be slots open on the night, so turn up at 7 to get your name down. Priority is given to new performers and those who travel.
