The City of Peterborough Symphony Orchestra lines up new talent for autumn

The City of Peterborough Symphony Orchestra’s autumn concert sees the ensemble welcome a brand new leader and a new soloist pianist to the stage!

The performance will include Schumann’s piano concerto, performed by Indonesian born Maria Immaculata Setiada, and the overture from Borodin’s Prince Igor. In charge of the conductor’s baton will be Christina Everson, who is also leader of the Ely Sinfonia.

The other programme highlight will be Dvorak’s 5th symphony, a romantic piece first played over 160 years ago. The event is sponsored by V&A Vigar & Co.
