Bella Hardy at The Key Theatre

An emerging hero of the encouragingly and increasingly robust UK folk scene, Bella Hardy has been the recipient of two major folk awards (Best original song BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards (2012) for The Herring Girl; Folk singer of the year BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards 2014) and just released her sixth album, With the Dawn.

Luckily for folk fans of Peterborough, The Key Theatre is on her tour itinerary, and she’ll be playing for one night only there on Wednesday, 13 May. Music lovers can expect traditional folk tunes beautifully and sympathetically arranged and interpreted, as well as original songs by Bella which show a range of influences, from the Coppers to Kate Bush.
