New gym extension at the Regional!

The popular gym at the Regional Fitness & Swimming Centre has undergone a large extension. The state-of-the-art gym with panoramic views of the city now has 50% more floor space, free parking and extended opening hours for busy city professionals

■ New improved gym floor The new extended gym area now includes an X-Cube functional training area, stretch and ab mat area and two new lateral trainers. The area also houses a free weights platform for Olympic lifting, a Smiths weight training machine, additional dumbbells and benches and plate-loading machines.

■ A complete gym membership At the Regional Fitness & Swimming Centre there’s no need for unnecessary add-ons; you get swimming, a state-of-the-art gym and access to the sauna and steam rooms.
