How to make: raspberry and banana smoothie

A great way towards your 5-a-day!

Serves 2


1 banana, peeled and roughly chopped
125g (4 1/2 oz) raspberries
200ml (7 fl oz) milk
1-2 tbsp natural yoghurt

instant protein & energy


1. Place all the ingredients into a blender or liquidiser and process until smooth, thick and creamy.

2. Serve over ice on a really hot day.
