Esporão Wines tasting dinner at Clarkes Peterborough
On Sunday, 29 May, Clarkes will be hosting a tasting dinner featuring wines by Herdade do Esporão Chief Winemaker David Baverstock, presented by guest sommelier Angus Macnab
The accompanying seven-course menu complements the wines from this renowned Portugese wine producer, and will comprise
- Strawberry gazpacho, black olive, and basil
- Crispy chicken finger, garlic aioli and Danilion salad
- Heritage tomatoes, goat’s cheese, pine nuts and pickled red onion
- Salt cod and bacon potato skin, with samphire
- Veal roasted over wood, sage, roasted onion and asparagus
- Rocket, apple, Binham Blue granola
- Cherries and Alto el sol (single estate) chocolate
