Help save West Ward Bowls Club!

West Ward Bowls Club has been going since 1944, when the world was in the grip of war. Since then, it’s continued through thick and thin – but COVID has hit it hard.

Since March 2020 it has not been able to open as a bowls club, and all league and county matches have been cancelled. This has meant that revenues for the year have been zero – but the club still has certain expenditures.

To enable it to continue, and to be able to compete in 2021, club treasurer Michael Webb has set up a gofundme.com campaign to ask for donations.
