Charity fundraising with a divine ‘50s twist!

A fabulous ‘Moonlight Ball’ is to be held on Friday, 18 October in celebration of 60 years of Sue Ryder care: businesses are invited to join in to help raise vital funds for the construction of a new building, to be located at Sue Ryder’s Thorpe Hall estate in Peterborough.

The glamorous, 1950s-themed evening will include a sparkling drinks reception, three-piece band, an auction with celebrity guest hosts, dancing feather girls, a three-course meal, a special birthday presentation followed by a disco and then carriages. Richard Olsen, MD of the Olsen Partnership who are organising the event, said: ‘We are delighted to be associated with Sue Ryder and help them achieve their target of raising £6m towards the building of a new single-story hospice.’

Opportunities to support the ball start from as little as £500 +VAT for a table and ten guests, and businesses that get involved can benefit from:

* Brand alignment and association with Sue Ryder and reputable local companies
* Company and brand exposure across a range of media
* Opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to the local community and their CSR agenda
* Networking with peers in an informal and fun environment

Details of all the sponsorship packages and tables available can be found by visiting the Olsen Partnership website: Companies are invited to select a package that best supports their objectives and then complete the booking form contained within the sponsorship pack.

Several companies have already expressed an interest and are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.
