Cutting Edge – ADSL

According to Wikipedia: “Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) is a type of digital subscriber line technology, a data communications technology that enables faster data transmission over copper telephone lines than a conventional voiceband modem can provide. It does this by utilizing frequencies that are not used by a voice telephone call.”
This one service has changed the way the world does business, and not having this connection has been said to hold back businesses from doing business efficiently. Developers are even checking the availability of ADSL in prospective sites first before signing on the dotted line.

WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOU DON’T HAVE ADSL OR YOU DO AND IT’S VERY POOR? There are many options open to you. For example if you have ADSL and it not very fast then you may be able to bond two or three services together to double or treble the speeds you’re receiving.
If you have no service at all and would very much like to then you can look at Satellite Broadband which used to be very expensive and also unreliable. Now it’s very cost effective and a lot more reliable. You can expect to receive 6Mbps download and 1Mbps upload as standard.
Both these options can deliver business grade broadband that can ensure our business is no longer held back.
