Give your sustainability project a boost with a graduate for 6 months
Opportunity Peterborough is pleased to be working with University Centre Peterborough to deliver the ‘Peterborough Graduate Scheme’, as part of the Peterborough DNA programme. Having built the university offer in the city, it is important that our local businesses use the graduate workforce available.
The Peterborough Graduate Scheme, delivered in partnership with Change Agents UK, offers local companies the opportunity to employ a graduate for 6 months without incurring their full salary cost. From September 2014, 12 graduate placements will start in businesses based in and around the Peterborough area.
For your business to be eligible it must be based in Peterborough and your business must have been running for at least 18 months. You must be able to provide a graduate placement linked to sustainability for 6 months from September 2014. The placement being part-funded, your business you will only need to pay 40% (circa £3775+VAT) towards the graduate’s salary of £17,500 per annum.
