Fusion Peterborough has expanded its management team to include new Contact Centre Manager, Jane Alexander
With over 16 years of experience at Thomas Cook, Jane will use her expertise to improve Fusion’s customer communication. She will also be instrumental in ensuring the new employee development program is implemented successfully across all of the Fusion Brands including Budget Insurance, Dial Direct and Bradford & Bingley Insurance.
