Big Clients Make All The Difference To Small Web Company

Clever online marketing has helped a local web design and marketing business secure a two-year contract with a Fortune 500 International company

Brandshout, run by Director Steve Willingham, managed to leapfrog its more established competitors on Google and was chosen by Northrop Grumman to design their website, which is due to be launched in March.

Steve said:

Having clients like Northrop Grumman has really helped to safeguard our growth this past 12 months. We’ve undertaken a variety of projects for them, and we’ve recently signed a two-year contract to support them online, which obviously makes a difference to our small home-based business. Starting a business is tough enough, but with the lack of funding available these days, so many small businesses don’t get out of the starting blocks and find it difficult without the support, big marketing budgets or established list of contacts. Getting bigger clients like Northrop Grumman has helped us gain trust from smaller companies and allowed our reputation to spread across the Peterborough business community. Brandshout was launched in August 2011 with a budget of £500 to get the business off the ground

Although I like the revenue larger businesses can bring, there is genuinely nothing I like more than helping other small businesses on a tight budget get online and develop their brand to achieve the early success we’ve had
