BGL Group Appoints HR Director

The BGL Group have appointed a new member to the Executive Team, with Catherine Lynch confirmed as the new HR Director

Catherine joins the Group from Barclaycard, where she spent two years as the Head of HR for UK and Europe. Before that, Catherine spent seven years as Santander’s HR Director, and has also worked with Sainsbury’s and Tesco. Her experience spans the HR spectrum, from influencing and leading organisational change, coaching and talent development through to HR services.

Catherine Lynch, HR Director, said:

Catherine will report to Group Chief Operating Officer, Matthew Donaldson, who said
