Young At Heart Zumba Class

This great new Zumba class is starting at the Regional Fitness & Swimming Centre on Tuesday 10th Jaunary from 10.45am – 11.45am. The session is for Over 55 year olds and it a great way to keep active and have lots of fun.

The class costs £2.80 (Over 55), £4.00 for members and £5.00 for non-members.
