Spitfires, Merlins and Motors

A celebration of the Supermarine Spitfire, the Merlin engine and the golden age of motoring.

As well as ground exhibitions of the aircraft, the Spitfires will be in action in a flying display. The Museum’s collection of Merlin engines and classic and contemporary cars will also be on show, while living history groups will be dramatising aspects of 1940s RAF life.
