Meditations for a stress-free life

Stress is not an essential part of our life. Meditation can make the difference between a joyful, balanced, creative day and a day that is stressful and draining. Anyone can benefit from meditation techniques that are easy to learn and require only a few minutes of our time each day. The speaker is Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo. Nyingpo has taught Buddhism and meditation internationally for 20 years. She demonstrates the benefits meditation can bring to our busy modern lives. This event complements our regular classes on Thursday afternoons and Friday evenings.
