#L8 Queensgate Retail Therapy Showcase
To highlight Queensgate’s ongoing late night shopping on Thursday and Friday, this ‘#L8 @Queensgate’ event will feature dozens of everyone’s favourite shops that will come out onto the mall in North Square to create a haven of retail therapy, beauty and indulgence. Plus, ladies, get those pouts at the ready! Hand on hip, elbow out and strike a pose: Queensgate is searching for its very own Q Style Icon to feature in their fashionable Autumn/Winter Q Style Magazine. Model spotters will be on the mall on Thursday and Friday to ‘pap’ glamorous shoppers who will then be posted online for the public to vote for their favourite. The winner will receive the ultimate makeover from the professional hairdressers, makeup artists and stylists at Queensgate ready for a photoshoot to become the star of the beauty pages in the magazine.
What would you do with £500 to spend at Queensgate? A pair of Ted Baker court shoes from John Lewis, a necklace from Pandora or an endless supply of Millies Cookies? For one lucky shopper that visits the #L8 @Queensgate event, their wish will come true. Find the promo team in North Square and enter the £500 shopping spree competition for the chance to turn a great night out into an incredible one.
Participating stores confirmed so far include: Michael John hairdressers who will be offering free updos and braids; Lush will be giving away samples; Boost are giving out smoothie samples and 2-4-1 discounts; The Body Shop team will be offering free makeovers, skin consultations and hand massages; Benefit will be glamming it up with free makeovers and giving away samples; Handmade Burger Co. will be out with their team and a cow mascot to give away samples of burgers and chips, plus exclusive discounts.

Queensgate Shopping Centre is open late every Thursday and Friday until 8pm. Parking is FREE on these days from 5.30pm and the yellow Perkins car park is open until 11.30pm. It’s all going on at Queensgate, Peterborough.
