Free seminar: ‘Why do I need a Power of Attorney?’

Find out what Powers of Attorney are and why they are so important at a free informative seminar hosted by Clayburn Court Care Home and Hegarty Solicitors.

Claire Clarke, Solicitor at Hegarty Solicitors who specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and care home planning will explain the different types of Powers of Attorney and the choices available at the free seminar. Claire will discuss having a Lasting Power of Attorney in place to ensure that if you are no longer able to make decisions for yourself, the people you trust can act to make decisions on your behalf.

Refreshments will be provided at the seminar and there will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your choices.

The seminar will also cover methods of paying for care fees and seminar attendees will have an opportunity to view Clayburn Court Care Home.
