Well-known P&L Motors in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire has relocated after over 30 years at its old location – but only a stone’s throw away from where it used to be based

The firm, previously known as John Sharpe Motors, has moved to premises twice the size of its old ones, but still on the same Station Road Industrial Estate in Whittlesey. The new buildings –previously used by a leisure engineering company – include a two-lane MoT testing centre, spray booth, workshop, body repair facilities and tyre changing bays, plus there are also plans to open a small motor factors shop as well. All the existing staff have also gone over with the move – and there’s even a small gym now installed for them, making use of one of the redundant rooms. How many independent local garages have something like that for its employees?

The family-run business offers a complete service and repair package, and is happy to work on both modern and classic cars, as well as vans, minibuses and motorhomes.
