Cook like a pro with Clarkes’ new cookery school

One of Peterborough’s most exciting independent restaurants is to fling open its doors to share some of the secrets of its kitchen, with a new, innovative fine dining cookery school

Classes will be available for all skill levels and will teach budding chefs how to create restaurant-quality dishes, using techniques and equipment normally not available to the home cook.

Each session will be limited to small numbers of students and will be taught by Lee Clarke himself.

Skills and themes include confectionary and bread, stocks and sauces, chopping and tasting, game, fish and desserts. Gift vouchers are available and classes begin towards the end of January, making it the perfect Christmas present for the gastronaut in your life!
