‘Marina’ by Madeline Isaac-James – Size 12
This aristocratic style wedding dress is made of ivory silk taffeta with silk organza detail and is a real stand out design. Think ‘ascot scene in ‘My Fair Lady’ only in more subtle bridal ivory tones! It’s nicely figure hugging, and would suit a curvy size 12. What’s great about this dress is that you can have two looks in one as it comes with a gorgeous high collared bolero which when removed turns the gown into a strapless evening dress.
This dress would suit the Audrey Hepburn bride wanting to stand out from the crowd!
‘Charlize’ by Madeline Isaac-James – Size 10
This 1920’s style bridal gown is made of ivory silk chiffon. It is a very light & simple column dress with delicate drapes and a small puddle train at the back. It has boning in the bust to give its shape but is then a fairly free flowing gown. For a slinkier dress it has a lovely ‘kick’ movement to it when you walk! Very ‘Brideshead Revisited’!
This dress would suit a 1920’s influenced bride, or styled slightly differently, someone getting married on a beach!
‘Robyn’ by Madeline Isaac-James – Size 12
Another 1920’s wedding dress made of ivory silk satin which has a gorgeous feel and shine to it. It’s ‘pièce de résistance’ is its 4 tiny straps all made of Swarovski Crystals! These can be criss-crossed at the back, or tied into a halter neck to suit your style. The front of the gown has a single pleat/drape feature. The gown can be accessorised to further develop the styling or played down depending on your wish.
This dress would suit someone of slim build wanting to bring the roaring 20’s into the 2012’s!
‘Annabella’ by Annabel Jenkins – Size 14
This relaxed style wedding dress is made of a satin look material and we actually have 2 of these gowns in the sample sale – one light ivory, one dark ivory. This is a wonderful gown with the unique feature of pockets! It’s fitted at the bodice so cinches you in at the waist and the box pleats in the skirt give it a very flattering shape. The pockets are simply nestled in the side of the gown so they’re not visible until you put your hands in them! This wedding dress has a lovely big skirt and long elegant train.
This dress would suit the bride who wants to stamp their personality on a larger but elegant gown.
‘Emmelena’ by Annabel Jenkins – Size 12
This fitted wedding dress is made of a satin-look material around the bodice with a larger netted skirt, and a signature bow detail around the bodice. The old-fashioned corset style bodice sets this dress apart from others – think tasteful burlesque! The feature diamante bow detail gives it a focus around the waist and the netting skirt which falls from the hips softens the whole look. The gown could also work well with long gloves!
This dress would suit the bride who likes a bit of sparkle and individuality!
‘Bella’ by Annabel Jenkins – Size 12
This simple wedding dress is made with a chiffon-feel material. It is an extremely minimalist but beautiful wedding dress. The chiffon-look overlay almost gives it a built in veil as it creates a secondary layer around the lovely puddle train creating a slightly crimped edging. It has simple beading (pearly rather than shiny) around the neck line and has the most amazing back! The shape of the extremely flattering low back just provides a beautiful balance for this simple gown.
This gown would suit someone of slim build, who wants a simple un-fussy look, as well as the bride possibly getting married in a hot country or on the beach!
‘Lily-belle’ by Annabel Jenkins – Size 12
This fitted fishtail wedding dress is made of thicker satin material. It’s quite ‘Jessica Rabbitesque’ in style and has simple beading on the bodice to give slight texture. It fits round the hips and bum to the knee area before splaying out into a fishtail bottom. It doesn’t have a train and has a side zip fastening which really helps provide an unblemished seam free back to the dress.
This dress would suit the bride who has some curves to show off!
‘Arabella’ by Annabel Jenkins – Size 14
This big skirted wedding dress has a satin-look bodice and netted asymmetrical skirt with a thick satin trim round the bottom of the gown. It has a structured bodice with a detachable halter neck strap which is very flattering for a slightly larger bust. It has a touch of sparkle around the bust area and the asymmetrical skirt gives it an unusual feature. This particular gown is in white.
This dress would suit a curvy bride wanting a structured gown with plenty of skirt and a long train!
‘Clara-belle’ by Annabel Jenkins – Size 12
This wedding dress is made of organza and is the chameleon of all bridal gowns! The main feature is its 3 tiered skirt but this gown really does change with your personality. It can look quirky and fun, but also ‘princess’ like depending upon how you wear it. It really does change style with everyone who puts it on!
This dress would suit a fun-loving bride or a princess bride, but certainly one who wants to look that bit different!
