Beck draws inspiration from her soul, I have seen many of her painting over time, seeing her develop her artist voice. Her “fantasy” paintings display wonderful inner character and express many of her beliefs. In my opinion, Beck ranks with the great “alternative” artists. Victor.

Excellent article. I am Josie who was on the narrow boat and we tied up at Fotheringhay. Being Scottish this place was of special interest to me and my husband. We both felt a certain presence at the site of the Castle and in the Church. A truly wonderful place and you have given its history justice.

I’d recommend Bill Bryson’s new book about how the Home has evolved over the years; can’t think what it’s called? Fascinating though.
